The Desert Mist diffuser is custom-designed to look like an elegant vase, which fits in beautifully with any home or office decor. It functions as a humidifier, atomizer, and aroma diffuser all in one simple-to-use product.
The diffuser offers multiple settings of high, low, and intermittent modes. It has 10-LED colored light options, including an alluring candle-like flicker mode.
When not in use, clean the diffuser and store dry.

11 different light settings that can be turned on or off and is independent of the diffuser function.
Includes a light cycle mode so colors transition gently from one to another.
Three run modes for a customizable experience:
High mode runs approximately 5 hours continuously.
Low mode runs approximately 8 hours continuously.
Intermittent mode (1 minute on/1 minute off) runs approximately 10 hours.
Remove both the outer and inner cover.
Add room temperature water until the level reaches but does not exceed the water fill line.
Always unplug the diffuser when filling or emptying the water reservoir.
Add 8–10 drops of Young Living essential oil.
Place both lids back onto the unit. Align the groove on the inner cover to the half circle on the side of the reservoir.
Plug the power adapter into a power outlet.
Power the unit on by pressing the power button.
1 press = high mode
2 presses = low mode
3 presses = intermittent mode
Press the light button to cycle through the light modes and colors.
Always turn off and unplug the diffuser prior to cleaning.
Clean the ultrasonic plate and lid after each use.
Never use a corrosive detergent to clean the ultrasonic plate and lid or damage will occur.
If essential oil begins to build up on the ultrasonic plate, gently wipe it off using a cotton swap dipped in rubbing alcohol.
If essential oils begins to build up on the lid, gently wipe it off using mild soap and water only.
Periodically check under the diffuser to keep the fan intake free of debris.
Debris can be removed by blowing on the fan intake, opening or wiping with a clean, dry cloth.
Do not use aerosol sprays, solvents, or abrasives to clean the plastic housing.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
